What could be the cause of a stabbing pain behind my right eye?

I've had this pain for several days now.

If you have a blurred vision, pain may be due to atack of cataract which is easily curable by a minor surgery. Whatever the reason, you immediately consult an ophthalmologist.

The stabbing pains behind your right eye may be due to allergies. The other reasons may be due to climates changes. This pains mainly occur in winter seasons due to high cold. Some peoples bodies may not be able to accept it. So they fell ill very soon. Mostly weak peoples.
