What could be the cause of a radiator hose collapse?

It appears my radiator hose has collapsed, yet again, I need to know what could be causing this.

I think most cases this is called by a kinked hose that is too long. Try fixing it by splicing in a solid piece of pipe in the area that keeps collapsing. You could also try shortening the hose. Any piece of aluminum pipe with the correct diameter may also suffice.

I would check to make sure the pressure in the cooling system is at a normal level. The next thing i would check is the temp in the system. Overheating can cause the interior part of the hose to slowly collapse. Last thing would be to make sure the rings at the end of the hose are fully secure.

the radiator hose could be going bad because of several reasons. the clamp may not be on good or the clamp is too tight. also the cooling system could have rust and corrosion in it.
