Might be an allergic reaction to some food you ate that might have gone bad, or it could be a virus in your system. You could go and get your blood checked and you should go see at leas a generalist doctor.

Could be a food or detergent allergy. If it's an old product switch to something else and see if it clears it up. Medications also can cause bumps.

It could be because of stress. Usually stress triggers a rash and then you might need to go to the doctor to get a prescription for it. Thus, you should be able to get rid of it very fast by putting on a creme together. Thus, that will be great for you.
