Might be an allergic reaction to some food you ate that might have gone bad, or it could be a virus in your system. You could go and get your blood checked and you should go see at leas a generalist doctor.

You should go see a doctor to rule out a medical problem. You may just have some mild acne on your arms.

Could be a food or detergent allergy. If it's an old product switch to something else and see if it clears it up. Medications also can cause bumps.

It could be because of stress. Usually stress triggers a rash and then you might need to go to the doctor to get a prescription for it. Thus, you should be able to get rid of it very fast by putting on a creme together. Thus, that will be great for you.

It could simply be a heat rash and will go away on its own soon. It could also be a very common condition called keratosis pilaris - this affects almost half of all adults but most don't know they have it! It's a harmless, non-infectious condition that causes bumps to form in the hair follicles on your arms and legs.

The rash may be a result of a weakened immune system coming into contact with a seasonal allergen, depending on where you live.
