It is possible that a petechial rash around the eye could be caused by something minor like crying or being sick with a minor illness, if that is the case it will normally clear up on it's own in a few days. If you cannot find a reason for the rash, it is best to consult a doctor.

A petechial rash is not at all normal. See a physician, regardless of the location where petechia are forming. Petechia are the result of tiny hemorrhages under the skin, which are associated with a variety of conditions and disease. Make an appointment to review the situation and determine the cause of the petechia.

Since this is a minor hemmorhage usually caused by coughing, crying, or vomiting; petechia usually treats itself within 2-3 days. If not, it's best to consult a doctor.

Petechiae are tiny, reddened, pin-point spots of skin discoloration that occur because of broken blood vessels close to the surface of the skin (eg, a hickey). Petechiae resolve spontaneously.

A petechial rash usually disappears on its own, but it can mean that there is some underlying problem and so it is better to see a doctor.

You need to see your doctor because in order to fix the problem you need to know what is causing the little hemorrages that are causing the rash you have. And your doctor will be able to do that.

Well, if you have this on your eyes, use a natural remedy. Try to use some turmeric around the eyes.
