Will vitamins cause changes in your skin pigment?

My skin pigment has become different since I started taking some new vitamins.

If you are taking vitamines with a high content of beta carroteen, this can cause an "orangy" tinge to the skin. This can be magnified by eating foods high in carroteen. These types of foods would include sweet potatoes, carrots, squash and similar types of foods. This effect is reversable.

Yes. Vitamins will harmful if taken unnecessary. Excess intake of vitamins or anti-biotic will lead to skin problems. At times the skin color may change.

Studies have proven that certain minerals tend to change the color of a person's skin, so I imagine that something in the makeup of your vitamins is causing the change you're seeing. Try another brand and see what happens; if there is no change, then you might look for other causes.
