It is best to go to a doctor for diagnoses, especially with very odd symptoms such as a stinging toe. But, most likely, you are experiencing Athlete's Foot, which can be treated at home but would best be taken care of by a medical professional. However, simple home remedies, such as yogurt may be effective.

This could be a couple of things. The first is sciatic nerve pain from impingement of the sciatic nerve. Other possibilities are muscle strain or tear, kidney stones or faciaitis.

Lower back pain, in general, can be caused by a few different things. These things include slouching, misalignment, muscle imbalance, kidney stones, aging and even arthritis. Pain being caused on the left side though could be a sign of a hernaited disc or even the beginnning cases of having Osteoporosis.

I would say you might have forced a muscle there by bending too fast, repetitive movements, lifting heavy weights or working out without prior stretching
