Curcular rashes can be caused by a number of things and a more detailed description is needed. Ringworm has a circular rash and can often be treated with an over the counter medication. However, the circular rash of Lyme disease is much more serious and absolutely needs professional medical attention.

It could be one of a thousand things. You need to go in and see your doctor so if it is something serious they can tret it.
