What could be causing a rash on my stomach only?

There are many causes for stomach rash and i can think about more than five causes mainly it could be an allergy to a particular soap or shampoo, it can be chicken pox or an allergy to particular food better check with your doctor in case there might be something serious.

It could be related to a chemical, such as laundry detergent, that you've recently been exposed to. Try switching detergents.

A rash can be caused by infections, allergies, or even stress. I think some bodies just react differently - my friend only gets hives on his biceps, but nowhere else.

It could be a fabric in your clothing or bedding. It could be related to another cause but is only localizing to the stomach area. Many common skin diseases, such as eczema, may localize to a particular area, and it could be a coincidence that it is your stomach. You should contact a doctor if it worsens or becomes infected.

This could be caused by an allergic reaction to something that is touching that area; are you leaning against anything? It could be a cleaner, like on the counter edge. Also, it could be something along the lies of poison ivy whcih you spread by scratching that area with your nails.
