Your shoes should always match your shirt, so i would try a pale blue shirt with minimal text, or maybe even a dark, emerald green color.

Purple shoes are hard to find things to match it. But the complementary color to purple is orange, or gold, which would be a pretty colorful outfit. You might also try a soft blue, depending on the shade of purple you have. A nice spring green will have you looking a bit like a grape, but pretty!

Depending on the shade of purple, generally stick with something plain like black, white, or blues, to off-set how eye-catching purple shoes can be. Stay away from pastels, pinks, and reds.
