Yes. They have GameBoy Color and GameBoy Advance that are purple. You can always buy "skins" for any GambeBoy that are similar to stickers that you stick onto the GameBoy around the buttons to make it any color or design that you want. Various websites online sell pre-made and custom skins for GameBoys.

Yes they do. In fact, they make gameboys in many colors. You can find almost any color you want in any game store that sells the machines themselves, or order them directly from Sony. You may also want to try online auctions, like E-Bay, where people sell such things for low prices.
