The first would be taking a pregnancy test too early. If uterus is further back, the baby is further back toward the spine making it hard to feel the baby until much more developed. Being extremely obese can also cause an undetected pregnancy.

Pregancies can be missed in the early course if there is an ectopic inplantation. The hormone levels to not rise as quickly and thus may be missed by convention pregnancy tests.

This can happen for several reasons. A big one is that many women do not have regular periods. Another one is taking a test to early.

My personal experience: 1st was very erratic periods 2nd my body did not make enough of the chemical pregnacy tests look for till the 4th month

well if you take a pregnancie test too soon like less then twelve day sence ovulation it has a big chance of showing as a negative resault. even if you are pregnant. or if you have any STD or infection. or some women have to have blood work done to get the right results.
