It could be a common condition referred to as KP (Keratosis Pilaris). It often resembles "chicken skin" and is most commonly found on the back and outer sides of the upper arms, but is also often found on the thighs and buttocks. It is quite common affecting 40-50% of adults, and 50-80% of teenagers.

This is usually caused by dry skin. You can try lotion, and you can also try washing your arms with a non-soap cleanser, such as a glycerin soap. Soap is very drying to skin. Often, this condition requires assistance from a dermatologist to completely heal.

This could be as a result of inadequate hygiene or possibly even just hair removal techniques. Apply aloe vera to ease the skin.

These are small ingrown hairs. You will typically find them during hot and humid weather, or even in winter when you are all bundled up. When you sweat, it collects along your arms and gathers in your pores. Sometimes they can be easily dealt with by wearing a tank top!

The small bumps on your arms (and legs, buttox) are called keratosis, which is caused by too much keratin being produced in the skin.

Those bumps are areas of dry skin and un-oxidated pores. They are not pimples but can easily turn into them if exposed to dirt and sweat. Be sure to clean the area daily and allow sun to penetrate the area if possible 10 minutes about 3 times per week.

Ah, yes. This is a very simple diagnosis: Keratosis Pilaris. I know because I once had it. They are inflamed hair follicles. There is not much you can do for it, but my dermatologist gave me an steroid cream that reduced inflammation.

This is very possibly keratosis pilaris. This is a common condition where proteins form in the body causing hair follicles to be blockes. Apply lotion to soften skin and follicles.

The small bumps on your arms could also be acne but a different form from that on your face. It could also be ingrown hairs or even oily build up from wearing clothing that is too tight around the arm. To find out for sure it is best to contact your dermatologist.
