Should I be concerned about my dog that has small pus filled pimples on her belly?

Depending on if it's an outdoor dog it might be insect bites but I would definitely take her to the vet to find out.

Small pus filled pimples on the belly can be a sign of ingrown hairs. They need to be lanced and watched so that they don't turn into boils.
