The bumps on the back of your head could simply be ingrown hairs or bug bites. Do they hurt? Do they itch? Have you recently fallen? If you've recently fallen and hit your head, you should go see a doctor. If the bumps are painless and go away soon, you may have nothing to worry about.

Bumps on the back of the head in the scalp line are pretty common, it is acne caused by hair oils and such. Wearing baseball hats can aggravate this.

Those are fairly common, if they are small they could be clocked pores large bumps can be raised lymphnoids which is totally normal unless they are painful
