the infection is spread by fecal-oral contamination, although sometimes the virus is spread by droplets expelled by infected individuals. Items like diaper-changing tables, and toys that come in contact with body fluids that contain the virus may also transmit them to other individuals

Coxsackie viral can affect any age, but children are the victims. Infection spread via, fecal- oral route,also through droplets. Pregnant women pass coxsackie infection to their newborns which causes serious troubles.
