Scabies is a skin disorder caused by small mites. I can cause severe itching, scabs, and hairless patches in dogs. However, it is easily treatable by a vet.

It is a condition that results in severe itching and hair loss. This condition result in reddening of the skin and forming of lesions. Mostly it affects belly, ears, legs and chest. It is a skin disorder in dogs caused by infection with scabies mites. The mites prefer the dog abdomen, chest, legs and ears, but effects mostly on skin.

Scabies are tiny mites the burrow into a dogs skin. Generally they look like a rash, until they spread and begin to look crusty.
