If the pregnant mother has RH negative blood, and the baby has RH positive blood, the mother's body could produce antibodies trying to attack the baby. A Rhogam shot will be administered mid-pregnancy and again after birth to prevent this from happening.

It depends if you are RH negative as well. You get tested for that during the first round of pregnancy tests. The doctor will tell you if he thinks that there will be an issue.

An RH negative father is not a problem. You could only have a problem with an RH positive father and an RH negative mother.
