What can you tell me about Paint Shop Pro picture tubes?

The picture tube feature allows to stick the roll of pictures. So pictures are placed continously or random or directional(to point towards some direction). or i can be single image. It is more good than brushes

it is a software to do the drawing and painting. various images, frames, photos area available. this can be edited and new pictures can be created.
