What can you tell me about mixing hair lightening powder with toner?

You should not mix hair lightening powder with toner. The powder gets mixed with a certain amount of creme developer that comes in a couple different strengths. Toner is applied after the lightening process.

A lot. haha. You CAN mix toner and hair lightener together, however I STRONGLY recommend applying the hair lightener, letting it process, and then applying the toner. This way you can lift the hair to the desired level and then keep a good eye on it as it deposits.

I have colored my hair many times in the past and all I can tell you about it is that usually they give you lightening powder to mix with some white colored paste stuff. They give you a little stick thing to mix it with before applying it to your hair.
