I would like to cook a chicken in a crock pot, put it on in the morning and have it ready when I get home from work, can you tell me how?

Put your chicken with the spice blends and some chicken stock and set it on low heat. When you return after eight hours you will have dinner.

Put your chicken in the crockpot before you leave. Place all your seasonings in with the chicken, and fill the crockpot with water. Turn on high until you get home.

If your slow cooker is designed to be able to allow your chicken to lay lfat and allow the fat to drain off, just place it in and set it.

Super easy to do. Put the chicken in, make sure it's covered with water, put in whatever seasonings you want, set on low heat. Works great.
