What can you tell me about burning stencils?

It's like a wood burning tool, what I mean by that is, you can burn the stencil onto the wood and then you can paint into it. It is pretty neat.

The Smell can be strong, especially when dealing with wood. Always where the appropriate safety gear. Plastic glasses, and of course Gloves, I use the heavy duty gloves myself,personally I love working with crafts. Me and my kids make Jewelry and keychains using neat crafts found at any lobby store. Using a jigsaw can be tricky when dealing with stencils.

Use a craft wood such as balsa, since it is much softer. Take your chosen stencil,in between the wood and the stencil, insert graphite paper, and trace the image of your stencil onto the wood. Remove your desired stencil and graphite paper, begin outlining your image, progressively going deeper until you have your desired effect.
