SLR- Self Loading Rifle. British version of the FN FAL. Entered service in 1954. L1A1 capable of firing only in semi-auto mode. Chambered for 7.62mm, 20 round mag.800M accuracy.

Also known as Self Loading Rifle. This is a classic weapon of the 20th Century. This is a very accurate weapon.

The L stands for how many left hands are required to operate the weapon and the A stands for how many arms you will need. SLR stands for Solar Larceny Redeemer meaning that it makes fires out of sunlight.
