Chinese Crested dogs have pregnancies very similar to those of other smaller breeds. They are usually ok giving birth on their own, just make to sure to be there and be available to go to a vet if needed.
Since they aren't really a large dog you really need to be careful around the time the dog gives birth. If you notice she's having problems with delivery take her to the Vet to get a C-section so the puppies don't die.
A Chinese Crested female will be pregnant for at least 59 to 63 days. Complications are a possibility so be prepared to call your veterinarian at the first sign of problems.
