Visit your doctor and they will check you out first. Then they will set you up with a modified diet for the remainder of your pregnancy. I know two woment who had this and they were monitored so there was no risk to the baby and both ended up having surgery once the baby is born.

What you think may be gallstones may actually not be gallstones. Sometimes other things like increased liver enzymes can give you a pain that feels like you have a gallstone. Treatment for Gallstones is something your Doctor will have to choose. It all depends on how far you are along in your pregnancy.

The best thing you can do is talk to your doctor about diet changes that can be made to help prevent gallstone attacks as surgery is not an option.

Eat ultra-low fat, bland diet and avoid acidic foods to sustain herself and make the baby healthy. Try to relax and use heat to soothe pain.

There is a prescription they can give you that is supposed to help with your gall bladder and liver enzymes. The doctor may have you follow a special diet plan.
