Essential oil of camphor is a very pungent oil well known for repelling snakes and insects. You can pick it up in health food stores or online fairly inexpensively.

You should clean areas well. You should make sure there are no water puddles anywhere. Clean the clutter. Don't leave paper piles and wood piles around. Clear up rock piles don't leave them sitting out and piling up. When you go outside don't wear bright colored outfits it attracts certain insects and snakes.

Magic spells might help. Seriously, use a good insect repellent based on lemongrass to repell insects, and make loud noises to frighten off snakes. Cats ward off snakes too.

If you cannot remain in your home. bug repellants ward off most biting insects. In reptile-prone areas use a walking stick to push aside greenery to avoid encounters.

The insects can be done away with the use of insecticides and pesticides.If there is a woodlot around your place then there is no way to stop the reptiles to visit you.Keep your surrounds clean so that the reptiles may not find place to hide.Patch the holes in your garden,trim plants unable the snakes to live.
