What can I use to reduce the friction in my motor?

In my personal experience i would go with a high quality synthetic like mobil one or castrol. It is realtivly inexpensive and works great for most daily driven cars. However, if you use your car hard or tow trailers high speed or race your vehicle, you may wana consider buying more expensive royal purple , tests have proven it.

Well change your motor oil, I'd suggest penzoil thats what I've been using for the past couple years, its seems to help.
