What can I do with mirrored closet doors?

I would simply take them out.Put up curtains or vertical pleated shades. I love mirrored closet doors, because they make any room look larger. Open your mind to other things like framing them with something that is in your decor:i.e. if you are going for a log cabin feel, cover the silver or gold mirror frames with wood or rock.

Without knowing your current decor, it's hard to say, but if your look is art deco, you could cover them with modern artwork or freeform decals. If you are more traditional, you could always hang tab-top curtains in front of them to cover the mirrors and still retain functionality of the closet.

Buy paint that you can apply to design and create a stain glass mural that better matches your decor. Or remove the closet doors altogether. Your clothes will be more easily accessible and you will be forced to stay organized.

They can be painted with a solid color or a free hand style. They can be covered with wall paper or material. Use a sponge, rag or craft stamp and dip in paint for a design on top of the mirror or on top of a painted mirror.

You may think I am crazy, but you can actually paint those mirrors and make them look like the rest of your room. Paint them and then find stuff you could velcro to them. You can't quite put a nail into glass.
