It really depends on the shape of your room. Avoid placing the mirrors directly opposite each other as you'll end up with a 'neverending hall of mirrors' effect. Get two friends to help you - get them to hold the mirrors in various places and see what looks best.

Put the two mirrors on the same wall spaced just a little bit apart if they are the same mirror. Different mirrors can be placed anywhere.

Well, put one right above the sink, and the other right above the toilet. It opens the room up more, and it will make it look much more brighter than before.
