On your internet explorer window click on View. Once you see the drop down box click on Toolbars and then verify that Navigation Toolbar has a check next to it.

For Internet Explorer you would go to the View tab, hover over Toolbars and if you do not see a checkmark beside one of them, go to that one and click on it. It will automatically restore the toolbar and it should add a checkmark there should you follow the same process again.

If your web browser goes into full screen mode, the easiest way to change it back to normal mode is to press the F11 key. Alternatively, you can move your cursor up to the top of the screen and click the restore button (the one that shows two squares, one on top of each other. )

Go to the top of your page. Look for the topic that says "view" and clock on that. One of the choices will be tool bars. You might have several choices. Click on the ones you wish to view.
