Wrap your dog gently in a warm blanket, hold him and talk to him softly and kindly. Get someone to drive you to vet immediately. Look up the address of an all-night vet if necessary. Try your best to save your dog, but most of all be gentle and loving.

If the dog is old just do your best to make sure that it is comfortable. If it isnt old then you should be taking it to the vet.

Bring your dog to the Vet. The dog must have been showing some kind of signs of being ill for a while so you should have taken the dog to the Vet as soon as you saw them.

If possible take your dog to the vet, there are many health problems with dogs that can be cured if treated soon enough. If going to the vet isn't possible, just try to make your dog comfortable for a few days to see if that helps.
