What can I do for my smelly gas 6 month old?

I never thought such a sweet child could smell so bad.

If you are breastfeeding, simply change your own diet! If you are eating something that is causing him to have bad gas, eliminating that from your diet will fix it.

There isn't much you can do, although perhaps it's the food you are feeding him (if he is eating solids, which he should be). If you are concerned about it, to him to your family physician, but honestly, I doubt very much that there is anything wrong with him or her.

bath him with warm water with green tea extract and citrus extract for as much as you want, this will lessen his smell and is safe for their skin. you can try it everyday until your baby's bad smell is gone, the smell is due to his ph imbalanced so make sure she get the right amount of sleep

It's probably due to something he or she is eating. If you are formula feeding, try switching brands. It's possible that he or she may have a food sensitivity, especially if there are other symptoms like excessive spit-up and fussiness. If you have recently introduced new baby foods, try elminating those one at a time to see if that helps.
