Just about any realtor who rents a home or an apartment offers a month to month lease with an initial security deposit placed down on the place being rented. In today's market you can find month to month leases anywhere. They come rather recommended.

You have to shop around for apartments or landlords that offer month to month leases. They are rare, so you might be better off looking for a nice hotel to stay in if it's just short term. If not, you're more likely to get a month to month lease from a private landlord than a big company.

Call your local hotels, most offer daily, weekly and monthly leases and the price will depend on what class of hotel you would like to live in and some even offer maid service! If that doesn't work you could also try calling hostels, they're a lot cheaper but sometimes you have to share bathrooms.
