You can always try icing it. Votarian gel is like a topical version of Advil and can help out injuries to smaller muscle groups.

Depending on if it is from an injury or from stress or strain there are many answers. If it is from an injury see a DR. If it is from stress or muscle spasms you can use moist heat to help relieve pain along with a firm stretching massage will work wonders,Try rolling your head gently from side to side also

Heating and icing is the best thing for body pain. Start by heating for 15 minutes, a corn bag is the best thing for heat (it hold heat the longest). Then wait another 15 minutes and begin icing. Ice should stay on for 10 minutes, a bag of frozen peas works well.

If you are experiencing pain in your clavicle it would be best to first try taking a muscle relaxant and rest while applying ice packs to the area. If pain persists, x-rays of the area of pain may be necessary, or at least advisable. Keep trying doctors until you find one that recognizes your pain and your problem.
