I had a painful nose sore which was causing me to have nose bleeds, i ended up having to go to a plastic surgeon and they burnt the inside of my nose to kill the sore. If your nose is not bleeding try a cortizone cream, neosporin usually works on everything.

if they are bleeding get them coterized. Nose sores are caused either by dryness or an infection from pollen. If their not bleeding a lite antibacterial can be used.

The sores are probably caused by dryness. My suggestions would be to place a humidifier in your room and turn it on when you sleep. In the morning, and several times throughout the day, you can place a dab of vaseline on the inside of your nose.
