What can I do about transmission fluid leaking on a Chevy truck?

u would have to check find the general area of the leak. then pull it out and replace the seals and tighten all of the bolts

There are stop leaks that you can buy or you might just have to get the transmission checked and replaced.

first you check either its leaking from top of the engine or from the bottom of engine if its leaking from the top then check the upper oil seal and if its leaking from the bottom then check the bottom oil seal, you have to change the oil seals.

The filler cap should be kept tight. the filler cap should be tighten in treads and not to be over tightened or over treaded. the same application ensures the drain plug safety. correct level of oilis to be maintained to avoid leakage. The seal is to be examined and kept in tact to avoid leakage.
