Lower leg vascular problems can be the result of many conditions. I would recommend daily massaging as well as a trip to your Dr.

I'm assuming you mean the circulation is poor. It always feels good to put your feet up, maybe in a recliner or on a pillow at night. Walking a bit every day (with your doctor's ok, of course) would help move the blood around. Some people find support socks a comfort but if you have a clotting problem, be careful.

If the problems are mild then gentle exercise, keeping it clean, and avoiding extremes of temperature will help. Drink sufficeint water. More serious problems need medical advice.

Exercise your legs to whatever extent you can. Get your heart pumping so that the blood pressure opens up capillaries. Even if you have mobility issues, do the best you can to increase circulation. Beyond that, consult a doctor to see if blood thinners will help. If you can walk any distance, that will be the best therapy.

The best thing to do is to keep on the move, do not stay too much time on the same position either standing up or sitting down. The type of food is important too eat healthy things only.
