I found a pretty cool tip on indoor plant fungus. Try this mix in a mist: Tap Water, 1oz mild dish detergent, and 2oz alcohol.

Fungus gnats are little hopping bugs that can be seen when we water indoor plants. Keep plants clean of fallen leaves and debris as fungus feed on dead plant material. Use yellow sticky traps placed near the infested plant to catch adult fungus gnats. Drench the soil with a solution of pyrethrin, an organic pesticide made from chrysanthemums.

A homemade remedy you can use to eliminate fungi contains about an ounce of dish detergent and two ounces of rubbing alcohol. Add these to 12 ounce spray bottle filled about 3/4 full and saturate whole plant. Spray any plants close to infected one as fungi spreads quickly.

You have to beware of overwatering, and letting plant roots and soil sit soggy. You will need to repot in sterile potting soil, and I would suggest washing your plants stems and leaves with warm soapy water. Read up on what an individual plant requires, sogginess is your enemy.
