If the plant is green, it needs sun. The green in leaves comes from chlorophyll, a chemical that turns sunlight into energy. If you don't have available sunlight, you could try growing fungi, which thrive in dark, damp environments.

a baby rubber plant doesn't need sun. a lot of plants don't have to be right in the sun just as long there not in the dark they will live and do fine. another plant is the cast iron plant it doesn't need much like at all. its a very easy plant to grow
