This problem might be caused by a mass of toilet paper who is stuck in the pipe or any small object that got there by accident. You should use the fisher to try to solve the problem. You can also use one cup of baking soda, one cup of salt, one cup of vinager and one cup of hot water.

You should check the toilet to make sure there isn't a blockage. You should probably also check your main drain, as things could get backed up after time.

It sounds like either you need a new toilet or your drain may be getting clogged. Try shutting your water off and pouring drain opener down the bottom.

Your toilets water is plugged up in the tank. Take the lid off and replace everything in the tank with a replacement kit.

For a slow toilet, you need to first see if you can plunge it open. You may want to use a plumber's snake to check for a blockage, too.
