Call the plumber and mason. Explain them your plan as well inlet and outline connections. They are the best persons to suggest and do the job.

Make sure you put a new wax sealer on the bottom of your toilet before nutting it down to the lead flange. After nutting it down simply hook up the cold water pipe and turn it back on to fill your bowl. Flush one time and check for leaks. If done correctly you will be good to go.
