What can I do about a fear of sleeping?

For a fear of sleeping you will probably need some sleeping pills until you can sort through this fear. I would recommend seeing a counselor.

Assess WHY you have this fear and perhaps resolve this through psychotherapy. Taking medication will probably not alleviate the true cause of this fear and result in unwanted side effects.

Sleep is necessary for physiological well being, fear of sleep due to stress, tension, noise, late night working will upset the day. Good sleep provide the energy to the body.

Pray to the God or think whatever you learned in the college or work before going to bed and keep practicing this and one day you will succeed.
