Fear of death and dying are one of the most common symptoms associated with anxiety and panic disorders. These fears can take the form of a sudden feeling that you something terrible is about to happen to you, to the more subtle form of dwelling on death for long periods of time. These fears tend to make anxiety attacks worse.
