this can cause oil to be ejected out from the Positive Crankcase Ventilation system and into the intake. Any kind of liquid in the intake will really cause engine problems, sputtering, blue smoke out of the tailpipe and carbon build up.

It could result in a bent or broken connecting rod or a broken crank shaft. You also risk blowing out some seals in the engine which would cause some severe oil leaks. The pistons are submerged in oil when rotating, decreasing effectiveness.

Too much oil in our engine can be harmful to your engine over the long term of your engine but not harmful over the short term of your engine. What will happen is, the oil will start coming through the intake and possible clogging the air filter with oil. It also clog the PCV valve.

Usually a car that finds itself in this prolem will burn the excess oil because of overspill when the oil gets hot and expands.
