Inner thigh pain during pregnancy can be caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve. It can also be caused by the additional weight a woman gains while pregnant. Some women also experience pain or cramping due to dehydration, so make sure to keep yourself well-hydrated. Also make sure to always take your prenatal vitamens.

The growing uterus presses on nerves and that can cause pain. The extra weight and your whole body is getting bigger than what you're used to so there is a lot of pressure mainly below the abdomen. There isn't much you can do about it except maybe to put your feet up whenever you can.

Due to the extra weight on your top area your legs will hurt often during pregnancy. You will probably get a lot of back pain as well.
