For quick fixes, pet shops sell canine diapers that will collect urine from incontinent dogs. All you do is change the pads and wash the diapers once in a while.

You could try letting the dog out more frequently. If that's not possible try getting some pee-pee pads for the house.

Poor bladder control can be a sign of a urinary tract infection. The first thing to do is to take your dog to a veterinarian so they can test for physiological reasons behind the urinating. If the cause is age, then you can make sure to take your dog out frequently to go potty and keep your dog in an enclosed area with potty pads available when leaving it home alone. It's also important to trim any hair that your dog may have near it's urethra so that it doesn't become stained and matted.
