What are these small white worms in my kitchen?

They are all over the kitchen.

They may likely be pantry moth larvae. You might notice small winged insects around your kitchen that infest your cupboards and dry stored foods such as cereals and other grains. Look in old cereal boxes or other food packages and confiscate whichever ones are infested to get rid of them.

It sounds like you have an infestation of meal moths. The white worms that you see are the larvae. Chances are they came in on some flour or cornmeal. The best thing to do is to completely clean your kitchen, washing it down with diluted bleach.

They are most likely parasites such as tapeworms. Call an exterminator immediately! These appear for many reasons such as: Unsanitary living environment, Infected uncooked meat being left out in the area.
