What are these little red dots on my skin?

They could be a number of things. They could be chicken pox, acne, some kind of rash, bug bites, or a number of different STIs. The only way to know for sure, especially if you're not including a picture with your question, is to see a dermatologist and ask him/her.

The red dots may indicates that its a kind of allergy, Caused by wearing some ones clothes or un washed clothes(That are not clean. Another reason may be the hot water, which you used to bath every day. Take your daily bath with cold or normal water, but not with the hot or boiled water.

Red dots on the skin may be due to severe depression, stress or low platelet count in the blood. But if day by day they keep on increasing go and consult your doctor and do all the tests to rule out malignancy. Always better to be on safe side.

red dots that are not measles it may may some food alergy or some food poision if you do not have any other sympetms lise vomiting, body temperature etc, no need to worry it may be dueto some insects bites. to confirm its a allergy have one glass of hot water along with two sp0on of sugar in it.
