What is a red looking dot on my chest?

There are several things that this dot could be. It could be a pimple, which is an inflamed pore that swells into a postule. It also could be measles, chicken pox, or eczema. Your best best would be to go to a dermatologist who can determine the root of your red dot.

Since you didn't mention more that one dot, I am thinking it is probably a small pimple. Wait a few days and see if it grows or becomes painful, but most likely it won't
