Some of the symptoms may include redness of the skin, blistering skin, nausea, headache, and drowsiness. Treatment could include rest, staying indoors, cold showers/baths, pain killers, and/or ointments.

The symptoms of sun poisoning are that your skin gets very red, and to the point where you can not touch it because it is extremely uncomfortable. It most happens on your face and back and legs. It can stay red for days and hurts whenever you move.

Sun poisoning shows itself with severe sun burns, and dizziness. You have to drink lots of water to avoid being dehydrated, sodas and alcoholic beverages are a bad idea. They will make things worse.
