A dog with twisted intestines is a very serious condition. If its not treated immediately, usually by surgery, the dog will die. You can tell me the dogs stomach being slightly bloated, the dog will not sit down, will keep walking around, the dog will look very uncomfortable and ill.

Symptoms of a dog with intestinal problems,or twisted intestines, is vomiting,diarrhea or loose stool, swelling of your dogs stomach, decreased appetite, and decrease in energy or disinterest in normal activities. If left untreated many intestinal problems can be life threating. So be sure to contact your veterinarian right away.

A dog with twisted intestines would be in pain and need to see a professional right away. Usually, there are signs of distress by the dog looking at their belly and straining a lot. This would not be something you would want to let resolve itself.

A dog with twisted intestines is a very sick dog. They may very painful in the abdomen, be very lethargic, will have non productive vomiting, and will get sicker over time. You may also note the abdomen getting larger and drum-like.

I do not really know. I would guess that the dog would become lathargic and would be vomiting, possibly even vomiting blood, and not able to poop.
